The Imperx Cheetah CXP-C1640 is a ruggedized 2 MP CMOS area scan camera engineered for high-speed and precision imaging. Its Sony Pregius IMX422 global-shutter sensor delivers a native resolution of 1632 × 1248 pixels and full-resolution acquisition at up to 434.2 frames per second.
A two-channel CXP-6 CoaXPress interface with Power over CoaXPress provides high-bandwidth image transfer, camera control, triggering, and power through the interface. The CXP-C1640 is offered in separate monochrome and Bayer color variants and combines a 1/1.7-inch optical format, 4.5 µm pixels, low power consumption, flexible lens options, and programmable image-acquisition functions.
