Position Description:

Saber1 Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a Customer Service Operations Administrator to support numerous office functions in a fast-paced environment. Specific duties that will be assigned include data entry, inventory processing, shipping of customer orders, accounts receivable (processing credit card orders, depositing check payments, collection calls), adding new pages to the company website, and social media postings.

All work will be done onsite via phone or e-mail. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM), QuickBooks, and WordPress. Basic administrative responsibilities will also include filing, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Position involves daily interaction with the company founder, inside technical sales representative, and current and prospective customers. Existing familiarity with UPS and Federal Express shipping processes a plus.

Experience Requirements:

Attention to detail is a must in this position
Ability to work independently or as part of a team is key as day-to-day demands fluctuate
Excellent communication and writing skills are required

Education Requirements:

Associate degree or higher education preferred
