When ordering enclosures, what information do I need to supply to obtain a quote?
In order for us to ensure you receive the correct enclosure for your needs, we ask that you supply the Camera Model, Lens Model, and the number of cables being used with the camera.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, Wire, and checks as forms of payment. There is a $15 charge for Wire payments.
Are there any special restrictions when placing a custom build/product order?
If you place an order for a custom build/product, there are no cancelations or returns accepted.
What is the best method to place an order?
Before placing an order, we will issue you a formal quote for your review. You may submit your order to Orders@Saber1.com. via .pdf file OR email which must include the following information:

  1. Shipping address
  2. Billing address
  3. Reference name or PO number
  4. Shipping method (i.e., UPS, and account number if applicable)
  5. Shipping speed (i.e. overnight, 2-day, ground, etc.)
  6. Quote number or parts to be ordered
Why do you charge a $5.00 fee if I have my order shipped via Federal Express?
Federal Express (FedEx) does not pick-up from our offices daily. We have to request a package pick-up each time we ship via FedEx, and for that request, FedEx charges us a fee of $5.00. Additionally, UPS is our preferred shipping carrier and they do not charge a pick-up fee.
