Affordable entry into 10 GigE, that’s what Teledyne FLIR’s package of an Oryx Series 10GigE camera and a Myricom host adapter card provides.

The customized Myricom driver for the Spinnaker SDK ensures that image data is transmitted to the host PC without frame loss. In addition, the “Frame Completion Notification” and the packet resend function reduce latency and jitter.

The dedicated driver for processing the data provided by the Myricom card reduces the CPU load to a fraction of what is used in typical configurations, increasing overall reliability and performance, especially of high-resolution multi-camera setups.
