Highlights

The Imperx IP67-C2820 camera’s enclosure, lens tube, and robust connectors meet requirements for protection class IP67 and eliminate the need for an external case. The camera offers protection against the ingress of dust, dirt, and water. It also withstands submersion under the water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes and is guaranteed to work in harsh environments.

The IP67-C2820 features the Sony Pregius STM IMX487 Global Shutter CMOS ultraviolet image sensor with a native resolution of 2856 x 2848 in a 2/3” optical format capturing images in the UV spectral range from 200 nm to 400 nm and delivering up to 14.8 frames per second with GigE Vision® Power over Ethernet output. The Pregius S technology uses a stacked back-illuminated pixel structure with or without a double A/R coated quartz glass window offering reduced pixel size but with quantum efficiency similar to the popular ICX407(UV) image sensor. CMOS technology eliminates smear columns from areas of ultra-bright intensity and specular reflections in uncontrolled lighting applications. The camera has excellent sensitivity, fast frame rates, exceptional dynamic range and supports strobe outputs, trigger inputs, automatic exposure, automatic gain control with multiple LUTs, and other high-value functions.
