Predator II Single Channel CoaXPress 12G Frame Grabber – Predator II is a low-cost Frame Grabber that supports the CoaXPress 2.0 standard and is certified by the Japan Industrial Imaging Association (JIIA). It can receive video streams from a single CoaXPress link and supports standard CoaXPress bitrates up to 12.5 Gbps, including PoCXP. This CoaXPress Frame Grabber is ideally suited for industrial, defense, and aerospace Machine Vision Systems applications.

The Predator II can quickly receive video streams on the CoaXPress link and transmit them to computer memory through the PCIe interface. This product also provides an external on-bracket GPIO for machine control signals such as triggers, shaft encoders, exposure control, and general I/O, which can be controlled aside from the video stream acquisition. The Predator II uses a standard Micro-BNC connector as a CoaXPress interface to the camera and a standard D-sub Panel Mount connector for general-purpose I/O. The Frame Grabber utilizes PCIe Gen2 x4 links for communication with the Host PC for video uploading and configuration.
