Z-Laser
Lasers for machine vision from Z-LASER are used as structured illumination in many machine vision systems. The combination of laser illumination and machine vision offers interesting possibilities for the automation of optical quality control. With this form of illumination, the spatial contours of moving and non-moving objects can be captured. The lasers are used in combination with an industrial camera to detect and measure defects, presence, diameter, edges, gaps, and more. Depending on the type of objects to be examined, line lasers with homogeneous and thin line projections or different patterns (multi-lines, dot grids, grid structures, random patterns, etc.) as well as wavelengths (blue, green, red, IR) are usually used. TRU-Vu 24VDC

The projected capacitive multi-touch screen has two major advantages compared to standard touch screens. The Coaxlink CXP-12 to QSFP+ Converter allows connecting a CXP-12 camera to a Coaxlink QSFP+ frame grabber using fiber optics. With multi-mode fibers, the maximum cable length can reach 150 meters. With single-mode fibers, the maximum cable length can reach 40 kilometers.

With KAYA Instruments Range Extenders there are no more distance limitations! Variable solutions for distance limitation of standard Machine Vision interfaces using Fiber optics technology. CoaXPress Range Extender over Fiber (SFP+) KAYA Instruments Range Extenders CoaXPress over Fiber is the industry’s first CoaXPress range extender which provides a high-resolution stream interface for distances up to 10km in single-mode and up to 400m in multi-mode. Optic fiber is electrically isolated, hence it does not radiate nor is it susceptible to electromagnetic interference, also eliminates the problems associated with grounding. The fiber cable is not easily tapped, providing more secure communication. The system is constructed of two converters, one on the camera side and one on the host side. The converter on the camera side can provide power to the camera over the CoaXPress link, while the converter on the host side can sink power from the frame grabber. The converters use flexible SFP+ modules for optical connection that can be easily changed. The range extender is able to provide an uplink of up to 6.25Gbps and downlink at 20.83Mbps.
